Happy Valentine's Day!

Well, Happy Belated Valentine's Day! Eric and I don't make a big deal of Valentine's Day, no gifts, we just like to hang out together, really about the same as any other night except we normally cook something fancy! This year was no different! Check out the menu:

For those of you who know us well, you know that Eric does most of the cooking around here. He loves to cook and he's really good at it, MUCH more creative than your truly. However, with me at home these last few months, I have been cooking lots more. For V-day, I was in charge of the wedge and the soup, and Eric made the rest, everything was soooooo good! Happy Valentine's Day!!!
